--makes one 9 inch loaf about 1.5 pounds, very fluffy like 汤种面包 without
the mess. Standard white bread. You can add more ingredients.
Step 1. Put 1 cup of warm water and 1 and 1/3 cup of flour in bread machine.
Dough kneading mode. Let it run for 10 minutes.
Step 2. Add 2 Tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1.5 Tablespoon
veg oil. Let it run for another 10 minutes. Stop the bread machine.
Step 3. Add 1 Tablespoon of dry yeast, 1 and 1/3 cup of flour. Restart the
bread machine dough kneading process. Let it finish (takes another 80
minutes or so)
Step 4. 滚圆松弛 let it rest for another 10 minutes
Step 5. Shape the dough, put it into pan. Stove bake at 175F for 5 minutes.
Wait for another 25 minutes
Step 6. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes if covered, 30 minutes if not covered.
Step 7. Take it out of the pan. Let it cool down for 1 hour. Then put bread
in a Ziploc bag in fridge. Taste even better the next day.
