Basic Qualifications
Has a MS or PhD in CS/CE/EE
Programming experience in one or more of C/C++, Java, Python, knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated team player, and capable of working in a fast-paced R&D environment
Curious about learning new technologies and building new solutions from scratch
Preferred Qualifications
Programming skills in Go, UI - Angular/React
Knowledge of public cloud like Aws, Azure, GCP would be added advantage.
Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Kubernetes and Docker
Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with service-mesh technologies like istio, envoy proxies
Good understanding and knowledge of TCP/IP, application layer protocols: HTTP knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of data analytics, stream processing, AI/ML techniques
Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with MLOps framework like Kubeflow, AWS sagemaker
Good understanding of systems software concepts, network/system security is a plus
Projected to graduate in 2024
Pursuing a graduate degree in information systems with a focus/ interest in Distributed System
Knowledge of Java/Python/Golang
Knowledge in NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Consul, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and other CNCF technologies
Knowledge of Linux and Bash
Understanding of concepts such as concurrency, parallelism, and microservices architecture
Knowledge of Web technologies including REST and gRPC
Intermediate knowledge of version control tools such as git and GitLab
Experience in Machine Learning including TensorFlow or PyTorch, Distributed Computing, Data Processing, GPU Performance, and/or ML Optimization
Experience in at least one of: C++ or Python
