“围炉煮茶”变“冰茶”，但不要轻易在家尝试……

去年冬天，“围炉煮茶”火爆全网。随着夏天的到来，一些店铺推陈出新将其改造成了“围炉冰茶”（stove iced tea）。

围炉的火换成冰，冷泡茶（cold brew tea）替代煮茶。冰镇绿豆糕、果盘取代红薯、板栗、烤橘子，再利用干冰加水，瞬间雾气氤氲，清凉感十足。

在不少推出“围炉冰茶”的店铺中，顾客可以个性化选择自己的这桌“围炉冰茶”套餐。比如搭配鲜花、水果茶、新鲜水果、奶油、冰淇淋等等。

此外，不少电商卖家也嗅到了商机。据《北京青年报》5月14日报道，“围炉冰茶”工具以502万的搜索指数一度排到了淘宝热搜榜第一位涉及商品近千件。
