所以本期就特请美国恒祥咨询的小伙伴，通过大数据分析，找出最近3年发表个案报告（case report(s)）或病例系列(case series)的心外科期刊。

个案报告或者病例系列是医生之间交流和相互学习的重要途径。

设计的主题包括：罕见病例、提示不同发表机制的特殊病例、罕见症状、特殊的治疗方法、药物罕见不良反应、罕见解剖结构、罕见家族等等。

个案报告/病例系列经常是临床新发现的基础。但在循证医学的背景下，却因位于临床证据的底层而被忽视。

不过，个案报告加上文献复习就会使研究更加丰满，证据变得更充分，部分杂志可以论著发表；而病例系列如果加上分组和统计分析，则会升级为病例-对照研究。

Medline数据库已经收录了从2019年起心外科发表的1,900篇个案报告或病例系列。

分析显示，美国发表的该领域个案最多，其次是中国、日本、意大利和土耳其。

1，发表个案的期刊

发表心外科个案报告/病例系列的SCI期刊中，最多的是J Cardiothorac Surg，其次是Medicine (Baltimore), J Card Surg, Front Cardiovasc Med, Heart Surg Forum等期刊。

期刊后面的是其最新影响因子。

特别需要注意的是，期刊标记为IF=0意味着该期刊没有被SCI收录。

2，心外科发表个案的疾病分布

心外科个案报告最多的疾病包括：心内膜炎、动脉夹层、心梗、休克和左心室植入装置等疾病/状况。

在心外科发表的个案报告/病例系列中，个案报道占到约84%；其中约7%作了文献综述。

3，发表个案较多的医生

我们看到湘雅二医院的Fan, Chengming发表了7篇个案，且大都伴有文献综述；其发现个案及撰写成文的思路很值得借鉴。
