普京定性：恐怖主义行为！
据新华社消息，俄罗斯总统普京9日在听取俄罗斯侦查委员会主席巴斯特雷金就克里米亚大桥爆炸事件所做调查后表示，克里米亚大桥8日发生的爆炸是乌克兰特工部门策划和实施的，这是一起针对“关键民用基础设施的恐怖袭击”。
Ukrainian intelligence is behind the deadly attack on the Crimean Bridge, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday following a report by the head of the national Investigative Committee, Aleksandr Bastrykin.
巴斯特雷金指出，大桥爆炸是一起“恐怖袭击”，是乌克兰特工机构策划的，而且得到了外国和俄罗斯公民的协助。侦委会已经确定了发生爆炸的货车路线，承运人已经被确认。

The attack was organized by the Ukrainian security services, which were “aided” by some Russian and foreign nationals, according to Bastrykin. The Investigative Committee head also said that the Federal Security Service (FSB) had identified suspects in the blast.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday accused Ukraine of orchestrating the powerful blast that damaged a bridge linking Russia and Crimea, describing the explosion as an "act of terrorism."
"There is no doubt. This is an act of terrorism at critically important Criticism infrastructure," Putin said in a video on the Kremlin's Telegram channel.
"This was devised and carried out and ordered by the Ukrainian special services," Putin said.
俄罗斯国家反恐委员会表示，可通船部分上方的桥拱未遭破坏。俄罗斯联邦侦查委员会初步消息称，爆炸事件造成3人死亡。
