LZ粗心，一个月内， PayPal错了三笔账给中国女生，（都是中国女生， 名字接近） ，输入朋友名字，跳出另外一中国女生。
message 同时request money refund，该中国女生就是不理， 怎么办？

Paypal 挺麻烦的。我上次输入一个朋友的名字。也是跳出另一个人的名字，手一滑不小心就send了。我也企图cancel，但是他家说family & friends 类别的无法cancel。不知道去银行dispute行不行。没试过。楼主去试试吧。我的case是那个女生晚些时候就退还钱给我了，可能观察了一阵发现不是杀猪盘。运气很好。

这些软件都做的很烂， 就不知道把收款人的email 或电话清楚的显示岀来吗？
真是愚蠢。bank of America 加 payee 的时候，收款方地址直接不让你看，每次加新的公司都要提心吊胆，这些人真是脑子不好使。

这和crime有啥关系，你发错钱了，别人不理你，有很种多可能。不管那种可能，都算不上crime吧。

对方也害怕是骗局吧，感觉很像啊什么先打钱再让你汇回去

你下次应该吸取下教训了吧。。

意思就是PayPal不管这事儿，楼主自己想办法去，想报警就报警，反正不是PayPal的事。
跟不认识的人有买卖交易，应该用products & services，要被扣除手续费。如果想省钱用family and friends，PayPal是不会管的。

PayPal 胡说八道。 这个不是crime。你如果是信用卡副的，，可以要求charge back， 如果银行，要求银行charge back。
那个女的，可能不道德，但是，绝对没有罪。就像 地上捡到钱💰

PayPal 不是通过email确认账户吗？怎么改用名字，同名同姓的多了。

对方也会担心这是一个骗局
也可能早不用这个账号了，对方邮件都没看到。
关键这一共转错了多少钱吧？几百块就摸摸鼻子认了
如果几万块，那这是值得做做功课。如果是gift的话，可能比较麻烦。如果是payment的话，那么payment就应该对应transanction，对方有义务提供transaction完成的证据，比如邮寄的tracking number，如果对方提供不了或者根本不回应你，你是不是可以由此提出dispute？

你找PayPal 要， PayPal找她要 这不就是它的business model 吗？
如果有一个人突然有天找你要钱你理吗？
