在加州好像你可以不买保险， 只要你给DMV交足保险押金, $35,000. 你就算是自保险了。

这个要上庭。 pull over是要有moving violation的，超速或并道或别的。
没有first violation就pull over，虽然发现保险地址过期，那也不能justify罚款。 上庭。

这种自私的人，就应该发配墨西哥，有政府和没政府一样。反正他也不想遵守法规。

不买保险还只是罚几百元？？

我以前有个同事，被没有保险的人撞了重伤，后来还残疾了，有后遗症，肇事者逃逸，可能是非法移民。　只能走自己的保险，非常惨。
我对于这种有合法身份不买保险的人不认可。
