Tatyana Arbouzova: For me how I measured success changed through my life, first it was about a job in US with good paycheck, then it was about my job being interesting, then about growth opportunities, then about supportive manager, then about great culture. Now it’s about ability to do challenging/interesting work with people I enjoy working with and being appreciated for my accomplishments ideally with good paycheck.
