布林肯国务卿在联合国安理会发表讲话

2023年8月3日，在纽约州纽约市，美国国务卿安东尼·布林肯在联合国安理会关于饥荒和冲突引发的全球粮食不安全问题的公开辩论会上发表讲话。

布林肯国务卿在推特上表示：“正如我在 @联合国 安理会说过的，饥饿和冲突密不可分。我们必须停止将饥饿武器化的做法，这一做法始自俄罗斯对乌克兰的侵略战争及其对全球粮食系统的攻击。如果现在不采取行动，将会产生严重后果。”

布林肯国务卿在推特上补充道：“ @联合国 安理会的使命是维护国际和平与安全。如果不加强粮食安全，我们就做不到这点。我们每个人都有责任采取行动，不让任何人挨饿。”

关于“黑海谷物倡议”，布林肯国务卿说：“几周前，俄罗斯撕毁了这份协议。结果导致世界各国粮食价格不断上涨。”

U.S. Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken delivered remarks at a UN Security Council Open Debate on Famine and Conflict-Induced Global Food Insecurity in New York City, New York., on August 3, 2023.

Secretary Blinken said on Twitter, "As I said to the @UN Security Council, hunger and conflict are inextricably linked. We must stop the weaponization of hunger, beginning with Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine and its assault on the global food system. Failure to act now will have dire consequences."

Secretary Blinken added on Twitter, "The @UN Security Council is charged with maintaining international peace and security, and we cannot do that without strengthening food security. Each of us has a responsibility to act so no one goes hungry."

On the Black Sea Grain Initiative, Secretary Blinken said, "A few weeks ago, Russia tore up that agreement. The result has been rising prices for countries around the world.
