爱我中华

长江黄河浪滔滔，

中华儿女志气高，

拼搏奉献创奇迹，

情系中华肝胆照。

九州方圆传佳话，

日新月异大变化，

炎黄子孙齐欢唱，

子孙万代爱中华。

The first chapter

I Love China

The Changjiang and Yangzi river Rise a big wave,

While the China’ s sons and daughters are encouraged,

They also strive and devote to achieve highly,

Which were brightly shined with their feelings in it.

It was widely heard from far away throughout the world,

With a great change day after day run by the sun and the moon,

All the grandsons of the ancient China sing together,

And the generations in thousands of years love China.

第二篇和平颂

和平是阳光，

没有它不行，

和平是空气，

失去即死亡。

和平是水分，

人活着少不了，

阳光空气水分，

有了不会珍惜。

缺一你活不了，

这时才觉重要，

和平就是阳光，

和平给你空气，

和平有了水分。

战争就是魔鬼，

战争就是毁灭，

战争就是破坏，

战争叫你死亡，

世界三次大战，

核弹一旦启用，

根本没有赢家。

地球一道灭亡，

回到石器时代，

核辐射100年，

地球寸草不生，

动植物皆无存。

你还要干什么？

所以呼吁和平，

有话好好的说，

大家珍惜和平。

The Second Chapter

The Peace Hymn

The author----Mr. Xianghuai Lin

The peace is the Sun,

We could not live without it,

The peace is the air,

We will die when we lose it.

The peace is water,

While human can not leave it,

For the Sun, the air, the water,

People do not cherish when you own them.

You could not live even one of them is not sufficient,

And now you also think it important,

The peace is the sun,

The peace releases air,

And the peace is full of water.

The war is the devil,

The war is a ruin,

The war is to destroy,

The war make people die,

If there is the third war in the world,

And you use nuclear weapon,

Then there will be no winners.

Together the earth will be extinguished then,

Back to the ancient stone times,

There will be a bad effect from nuclear radiation for 100 years,

With no grass live in the soil,

And no animals and plants are alive.

So what do you plan for?

So please appeal to the peace,

Please sit and talk peacefully,

Please cherish the peace.

中海油掠影-----

做海洋石油开发的一名哨兵

散文诗---作者：林祥槐

难得的机会来到渤海之滨，

天津塘沽是渤海油田的基地，

海洋石油大厦是基地的办公大楼，

这是一座海上采油指挥阵地的营房，

为了海洋石油大厦B座的早日建成，

我有幸接受中海油实业公司的特聘，

肩负着金陵旅馆管理干部学院的委托，

我毅然打起背包离家奔赴工地。

日出东方有一只世纪一号游艇正起航出海，

我也跻身于上班族中开始紧张繁忙的一天，

带着安全帽上工地巡检有一种无比的自豪，

当你静静地坐在电脑前编写教案才感到充实。

日落西山彩霞归游艇返航意味着下班，

而一周的晚间培训工作才刚刚开始，

有机会重返讲台授课传道是我的天职，

迎来无数次的掌声是我的最大鼓励。

开发蓝色国土发展海洋石油，

这是党中央的号召和英明的决策，

没有石油现代化建设从何谈起？

没有前沿阵地指挥部前方如何采油？

我们担负着中海油指挥部的筹建工作，

现代化的新型大厦用上最新的科技设备，

这里充分体现了创新节能的科学发展观，

构建滨海地区一流机房是我的奋斗目标。

高新设备的安装调试需要经验和智慧，

解决疑难杂症是专业的深造与提升。

一座现代化的大厦在我们手中投入正常运行，

科技创新，团队精神，沟通协调是取胜的法宝。

在中海油这块土地上淌下了汗水，

为前方多打油出好油甘当铺路石子，

不辜负党和祖国人民的期盼与重托，

为海洋石油做贡献是我一生的荣光。

The Third Chapter

A short view of China Ocean Oil Development(COOD)

---to be a guard of the COOD

The author of prose poem: Mr. Xianghuai Lin

It is a scarce chance to work beside the Bohai Bay ,

The Tanggu of Tianjin city is the base of the Bohai Oil development,

The Ocean Oil Mansion(OOM) is the office building of the OCCD base,

This is the barracks of the staffs of the OCCD who live.

In order to fulfil the task of the construction for the Building B of the OOM earlier,

I was luckily invited to be an expert from the OCCD corporation,

Burdening the commitment from Jinling Training Managers College for Tour program,

I made my mind to set off to the project as soon as possible.

When the sun rises from the east, there was a yacht setting off to the ocean, which was called Century No.1,

I was also one of the working staffs who started a busy day seriously,

I felt gloriously a full of pride when i inspected around the building scaffolds wearing a security cap,

I felt full of energy when i sat quietly in front of my computer and compiled the teaching books.

When the sun was setting in the west, the yacht moved back to the base, which meant one day’s work finished,

But for us, the weekly training task just started from then on,

My doomed fate lied in the teaching jobs which brought me a chance again when i was back to my familiar teaching desk then,

It was a great courage when i was applaud thousands of times.

To develop blue earth and ocean oil resources, which showed a call on from The Chinese Communist Party(CCP), and it was a wise decision,

How to talk about the modern China if without the Oil?

How to refine the Oil for the front area workers if without the base as the headquarter?

We were ordered to establish an OCCD command team,

To use the newest science equipment in the new built modern mansion,

Here showed the Science Development View by all kinds of creative energy recharged methods,

It was my struggling target to construct the first class machine house in the Tianjin Binghai area.

It needed experiences and wisdom to equip and try on the high-tech machines,

And it was an enhanced skill and further research on my learned major to solve all kinds of difficulties and knotty problems,

A modern building began to operate in order upon our continued efforts.

It has been our only key way to win among them, the creation on science and technique, team spirit, and the communication with each other.

We sweated a lot for the COOD in Tianjin,

We have paved a road as a small stone for the Oil refined abundantly and highly qualified in the deep ocean,

We have fulfilled the task and kept the promise to the CCP and Chinese people, who have been looking forward to and believing us completely,

It has been my life’s glory to contribute to the COOD project.

The Forth Chapter

The hymn for the 80’s birthday of Nanjing Posts and Telecommunications University(NPTU)

---------The author, the aged schoolmate of NPTU, Mr.Xianghuai Lin

The mother school has students all over the world,

The innovation and creation in teaching qualify her to be in the class of No.1,

The achieved scientific projects have been known globally,

The NPTU rides the wind and breaks the waves bravely to overcome the difficulties of the science techniques,

It is so smart that the level of its management has been enhanced so much,

All people are so happy when the NPTU steps with the time.

作者简介

林祥槐， 男，出生于1940.10.10.

福建莆田，汉族，现住南京金宝花园。

主要经历：

1960年福建莆田一中毕业，以数理化满分的优异成绩考取南京邮电大学无线电专业，毕业后因品学兼优曾在母校304广播电视专业任教，改革开放后，因工作需要调到当时华东第一楼（37层）南京金陵饭店工程部工作，主管电视音响等弱电工作，担任技术室主任，逐步熟悉四大五小等系统，并历任华泰大厦，阳光酒店，中海油等总工程师，及全国各地培训老师，主编工程管理，安全消防，优质服务等培训教案一书，曾入编

1.共和国建设者智慧格言

2. 与时俱进，走向辉煌。

3入编中外名人辞典

4入编中国军魂（祖国杂志社出版）

5. 曾荣获“当代世界文学之星”证书奖章及“爱国英模”光荣称号。

A brief introduction of the author

Mr.Xianghuai, Lin, Male, born on Oct10, 1940.

Nationality, Pu tian city, Fujian Province, PRC, now live in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, PRC.

Main Experience

He has graduated from No.1 Middle School of Putian in 1960, and enrolled his name for the NUPT, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, majored in wireless and electronics, after graduation from the NUPT, due to an excellence of his study, he was invited by the school to teach daily in the Teaching and Researching Room No.304 as a teacher, and to teach broadcasting and TV major students. Followed the policy of Innovation and Opening, due to the need of the timbers, he was recommended and selected to work in Jinling Hotel as an engineer, while The 37-storied hotel was called No.1 building in EAST CHINA.Then he mainly was in charge of TV and Sound Systems such as light current related jobs, as well as a chief of the technique office, and step by step, he became to be familiar with the Four Big systems, and the Five Small systems. Then he was in charge of the training classes of Huatai Hotel, Yangguang Hotel, COOD, as well as the engineering department as the general engineer, and has compiled mainly the training courses of the hotel security, fire control, engineering management, and high quality service, etc.

Furthermore, he was selected and compiled in the books as the following below.

1.The wisdom of the Constructors in PRC

2 To go into glory, and develop with the times.

3 To be put into his name in the dictionary of the Global Well-known

4 The Army’s Soul in China--published by the China Magazine

5 was honored as The Contemporary Arts Star and authorized a glory of Hero and Model of the Patriot

6 The book of the World’s Literature and Arts Famous Persons--- Linxianghuai’s special album. He has enjoyed a good fame as Sino-Uk Imaged Ambassador in the culture exchange between China and UK. And also he was compiled in the book of World’s Culture Famous Names.At the end, he was honored as the permanent visiting professor, and the Fellow for life for the UK ROYAL ARTS RESEARCH INSTITUTE and has obtained the certificate thereafter.

7 He has won the first prize of the OLIMPIC ARTS CUP by his novel of <to get in rich together and live a happy life> which was published in the magazine of CHINA EDUCATION SICIENCE.
