Governor Shapiro Leads the Nation on Eliminating College Degree Requirements, Expanding Job Opportunities Following Gov. Shapiro’s announcement, other states announced they would be taking action to eliminate college degree requirements for state jobs. March 01, 2023 HARRISBURG, PA – Governor Josh Shapiro is leading the way on opening the doors of opportunity to more people and expanding our workforce.
