“You lost me”千万不要翻译成“你失去了我”！

年少不经事时，

小小的心脏能装得下的烦恼，

最常见可能是考试考砸了，

但最让人心碎的或许是，

“我失恋了，我们失去了彼此”

不过看到“You lost me”

可别以为是恋人们分手时的控诉。

来看英文词典的解释：

You('ve) lost me means ,

I don't understand or can't follow ,

what you are saying, 

I am confused or bewildered.

这个表达的意思是：

我没明白你说的话，

或者是你说的太快了我没跟上，

我很疑惑。

例：

I was with you for most of the story, 

but you lost me ,

when you started talking ,

about vampires. 

你讲的故事我大部分能跟上，

但是你开始讲吸血鬼,

时我就已经听不懂了。

或对方说得太快（声音太小）,

导致你没听清楚,

你可以这样礼貌表达：

如果你需要对方把刚才的话重复

你可以用这样的表达：

Sorry, what did you say?

不好意思，你说什么？

如果你没有听清对方的重点

你可以说：

Sorry, I missed that. 

Could you say it again？

不好意思，我错过你刚才说的了，

能再说一遍吗？

如果对方说话声音太小，

你完全没听清

你可以说：

Sorry, I couldn't hear you.

 Could you say ,

that one more time please？

不好意思，

我没听到你说的话，

能再说一下吗？

你可以说：

Sorry, I didn't catch that. 

Could you speak slowly？

不好意思，我没听到，能慢点说吗？

能再过一遍吗？

Sorry, I don't quite ,

当你在说事情，别人在听

你想问对方是否听懂了听清楚了

可不要只会Do you understand？

Am I making sense?

 我说的意思清楚吗？

Am I explaining this clearly? 

我解释清楚了吗？

Does that make sense? 

这件事讲清楚了吗？

Does that make sense to you? 

这样说你可以吗？

Did you get/ catch all that? 

你懂了吗？

Is that clear? 

清楚了吗？

You feel me? 

你能懂我吗？

You know what I'm saying? 

你知道我在说什么吧？

You know what I mean? 

你懂我意思吧？
