职位：Junior Quantitative Trader

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Applied Math, Statistics/ML, Computer Science/Engineering, or similar field

• Excellent quantitative, problem solving and analytical skills

• Programming experience in Python, R or Matlab

• Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn

• General familiarity with machine learning libraries and techniques 

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment  

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication and organization skills

Additional Helpful Skills

• Team-based quantitative/automated trading experience

• Experience working with large-scale, low-latency C++ trading systems

• Knowledge of complex financial products and derivatives

• Previous experience working with large scale data-platforms

• A Master’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field, graduating in December 2023 or May 2024

• Familiarity with multi-factor quant models and back-testing, within the equities and/or fixed income asset class

• Comfortable working with large datasets and a high level of attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or SQL required

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• BS/MS/ PhD degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science or a related/equivalent field must be completed upon employment

• Strong math aptitude, numerical and quantitative analysis skills

• The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently while fostering external professional relationships

• Entrepreneurial self-starter ready to work in a fast paced and competitive team environment

• Desire to learn about financial markets and economic theories

• Programming experience preferred

• Major GPA of 3.0 or above

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required on the first day of employment including F-1 students using OPT or STEM
