当然不是产业链。no fault divorce 是里跟在位期间签署的，因为在此之前 fault based divorce proceedings 里经常有很多不光彩甚至是虚假的操作。想想看，如果 fault 是离婚的必要条件，有些铁了心要离的人很可能会 fabricate 对方有过错的证据。
