On the afternoon of November 19, 1863, President Abraham Lincoln spoke 272 words at the dedication of the national cemetery in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.  This short speech, later called the Gettysburg Address, marked a critical turning point in the American Civil War.  Join us at the Guangzhou American center as we celebrate the 160th anniversary of this important piece of American history. Learn how these words have impacted the history of our nation, their significance, and why they are considered among the most influential in the history of the United States.

This event will be conducted in English.  The Guangzhou American Center will only seat 58 visitors for this event.  The event is first come, first served, and will close when the event is full.  Reservation does not guarantee entry.  Thank you for your understanding.
