面试技巧｜如何回答Where do you see yourself in 5 years？

“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”，是个非常棘手的问题。为什么呢？

如果特别诚实地回答，那么答案可能是，“跳槽了”，“创业了”，或者“去其他行业另谋出路了”等等。但显然，这不是Hiring Manager想听到的，所以如果你这样回答，面试就凉了。

如果再诚实一点，答案可能是“我还没考虑过”，这样Hiring Manager会觉得你是一个对未来没有规划的人。面试还是会凉。

所以，到底要怎么办？我们也去请教了一些Hiring Manager。其实，在问这个问题的时候，他们关心的并不是你五年后到底会怎么样，而真正想知道的是：

（1）你对自己的职业生涯有现实的期望吗？

（2）你有自己的目标并且为之奋斗吗？

（3）这个职位是否与你的职业发展目标契合？

懂得Hiring Manager真正想了解什么之后，这道题的解题思路就出来了：思考这个职位可以带给你什么，然后告诉面试官这与你未来的职业目标是一致的。
