你withdrw，房客就可以expunge。public record就没有了，当然还是有办法查到。

civil case 一般不能expunge

expungement 主要是针对形式记录。有时候刑事案件有附带的民事案件，可以expunge。但是一般的民事案件纠纷，不能expunge。

这样应该算抢劫 比偷性质更恶劣

是持枪抢劫，不过现在加州好象持枪和不持枪同罪
