(Here I am)
It seems like someone said that if you go to France, you must go to Paris. and if you go to Paris, then your trip will be in vain if you don’t go to the Louvre. I remember that when I was a child, I often heard that "you are not a true man unless you reach the Great Wall".So then I climbed the ancient Great Wall, I was very very pride. Now, I have mentioned that I have been to France, but I have not seen the Louvre. How can we show off to others in the future? !?
However, the first time I traveled to Paris for a week for the education of my underage children, and arranged to go to the Louvre on the last day, but it was closed; the second time was for business, and there was no such option in my work schedule. It wasn’t until my third trip last year that I finally got what I wanted!
The history of the Louvre dates back to the 13th century. It was originally a royal palace and was later converted into a museum during the French Revolution in 1973. Currently, the Louvre Museum has a large number of historical relics dating from the seventh millennium BC to the mid-19th century, which are displayed in the upper and lower five-story exhibition halls of the three exhibition halls in the palace.
The three major exhibition halls of the Louvre are named after the surnames of three outstanding figures in French history: Richelieu (1585-1642), the cardinal and prime minister of Louis XIII, and Sully (1585-1642), minister of King Henry IV. 1559~1641), Denon (1747~1825), the first director of the Louvre Museum
