一个星期有3天WFH, 报税的时候可不可以把一部分的房子算成home office?

不可以。。

wfh让你少消耗了车油钱，你还想占irs便宜算home office？ irs可不干

如果是公司这三天一定不让你回公司，是可以的。

你概念不清楚。
home office deduction 是指你在家为自己的business 办公，是self-employment，哪怕你有一个出租房都行。
wfh 是指你是公司的employee，在家里给公司打工，拿w2。 这个没有home office tax deduction。税务上公司会有很多deduction。

拿W2的不可以，花费只能找公司报销

你拿W2 还是1099？ W2就死了心，1099还有这个可能

这一块容易被audit。就算是自雇也很严格，不能又做办公室又做其他用途，比如娃在里面弹琴，学习，临时当作客房，都不行

W2 不行，因为你是雇员，budiness expense你的雇主已经deduct过了。K1可以，乌七八糟的桌椅板凳手机费网费午饭油费都可以deduct，当然太过分了会被audit。

即使可以，以后房子升值要交税，得不偿失
