淄博烧烤火出圈，这份“三件套”功不可没……

淄博烧烤该怎么吃？

这里on three counts是一个固定用法，相当于in three ways。

Flatbread，扁的面包，这里指的是山东小饼。

"Which lends a sense of participation"，这种吃法让顾客有参与感，which指自己卷烤串和配料这件事。

▌lend  v. 给予，增添（某种特性）

例句：

The presence of members of the royal family lent a certain dignity to the ceremony. 

王室成员的出席为这场典礼增添了一种庄严的气氛。

它表示借给某人东西，相反借入就是borrow。但在文章中是另外一个意思，“给予，增添”是比较正式的用法。

"Diners are served flatbreads, scallions and other dressings at the table so they are able to assemble their own barbecue parcels"，餐桌上有小饼、小葱和蘸料，顾客用小饼自己卷烤串和配料。

▌assemble 

❶ v. 聚集；集合；收集

例句：

All the students were asked to assemble in the main hall. 

全体学生被通知到大礼堂集合。

❷ v. 装配；组装

例句：

The cupboard is easy to assemble. 

这个橱柜容易组装。
