2023 年 4 月 18 日是 大屠杀纪念日，也是国际公认的大屠杀纪念日。这一天恰逢希伯来历尼散月（Nisan）的第27天， 也是华沙犹太区起义的周年纪念日。在美国，纪念活动从大屠杀纪念日前一天星期天的日落开始一直持续到下一个星期天的日落结束。广州美国中心将播放部分 PBS 纪录片系列《美国与大屠杀》，然后就美国在大屠杀之前、期间和之后所扮演的角色展开讨论。
April 18, 2023 is Yom Hashoah, the internationally recognized date for Holocaust Remembrance Day - which corresponds to the 27th day of Nisan on the Hebrew calendar.  It marks the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.  In the United States, Days of Remembrance runs from the Sunday sunset before Yom Hashoah through the following Sunday sunset.  Guangzhou American Center will show some clips of the PBS Documentary series "The U.S. and the Holocaust," and lead a discussion of the role of the United States before, during, and after the Holocaust.     

活动将用英文进行。本次活动广州美国中心只能容纳40位观众，先到先得，满员后则不再允许入场，成功报名活动不代表一定保证可以入场，感谢您的理解。
This event will be conducted in English.  The Guangzhou American Center will only seat 40 visitors for this event.  The event is first come, first served, and will close when the event is full.  Reservation does not guarantee entry.  Thank you for your understanding.
