Do u have any frying pans to recommend?

In order to prepare the event of 食人间烟火，I need to learn to cook something.：）

I want to have a flat shallow frying pan for which I I have checked on Amazon. Seems most of them are made of cast aluminum. Are they safe for well-being？Do u guys have any good recommendations？ 

 

I'd say cast iron: they are healthy and last forever.

The cast iron wok is heavy, which is good and bad :-)

我目前用的铝的。 铁的要会养锅，不会的话，会沾会锈。
