媒体素养第一讲：何谓媒体素养？ 

时间：2月11日，星期六，下午2点至4点 

地点：美国驻广州总领事馆美国中心（珠江新城华就路43号公务访客入口）  

主讲人：Charity C. Campbell博士

Campbell博士是管理学博士、数字组织发展和领导力专家。她与个人和组织合作，帮助他们发展在数字时代取得成功所需的必要结构、流程和协议。

进入领事馆时，请携带身份证或护照原件。请勿携带相机或手提电脑。可根据请求为希望参加此次活动的残障人士提供合理的便利安排。请提前或尽快发电子邮件给[email protected] 提交请求。 

如有身体不适症状者，请勿出席。我们将采取一切可能的措施来维护公共活动的安全环境。活动场所配备的先进新风过滤系统经过专门设计，可防止细菌和病毒在建筑物中传播。会场将采取严格的卫生措施，现场会提供洗手液和口罩。每次活动的参加人数将根据当前的公共卫生准则进行限制。

Looking to improve your academic English?  Interested in becoming more media literate?  This series combines both!  Enhancing your media literacy can foster your ability to access, analyze, evaluate, and create media in different forms.  We have prepared four amazing theme sessions ready for you to improve your English through media literacy.  

Media Literacy Series will be kicked off on February 11. Please join the 1st session: What is Media Literacy?

Please note that registration is required for joining the series. The Guangzhou American Center will seat 40 visitors for this event. The event is first come, first served, and we will close when the event is full.  Reservation does not guarantee entry.  We look forward to welcoming you in person! Media Literacy Session 1:    What is Media Literacy?

Speaker Introduction: Dr. Charity C. Campbell 

Dr. Charity C. Campbell is a Doctor of Management and a digital organization development and leadership specialist.  She works with individuals and organizations to help them develop the necessary structures, processes, and protocols needed to succeed in the digital age.

Attendees will need to show their ID/passport to be admitted into the Consulate. No cameras or laptops will be allowed. If you have any symptoms of physical discomfort, please do not attend. We will take all possible measures to maintain a safe environment for public events. Our facilities have state-of-the-art air filtration systems, specifically designed to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses in the building. Strict sanitary measures will be taken at the venue and hand sanitizer and face masks will be provided. The number of attendees at each event will be limited per current public health guidelines.
