3 月 16 日消息，美国电信运营商 T-Mobile 近日宣布收购 Mint Mobile 手机品牌。Mint Mobile 是“死侍”演员瑞安·雷诺兹（Ryan Reynolds）推广和支持的平价智能手机品牌。
雷诺兹还邀请了 T-Mobile 首席执行官迈克 希沃特（Mike Sievert），制作了一段宣传视频，告知客户即将进行的收购计划。T-Mobile 斥资 13.5 亿美元（包括 39% 的现金和 61% 的股票），收购 Mint Mobile、Ultra Mobile 和 Plum 的母公司 Ka'ena Corporation。最终收购价格将在今年晚些时候交易完成后确定。
据悉瑞安·雷诺兹持股的杜松子酒品牌Aviation Gin，也被以高达6.1亿美元的价格出售给了酒业巨头帝亚吉欧。另外，他现在还是威尔士雷克瑟姆足球俱乐部的老板，英王查尔斯还到访过俱乐部。

And here with me to share the news is Ryan Reynolds, owner of Mint Mobile.

We're incredibly excited.
Mint has run on T-Mobile's network since its inception.
And the reason people have such a great experience with Mint is due to the T-Mobile network, especially its unrivaled lead in 5G.
Well, Ryan, we are so happy to have you and the whole Mint team join the T-Mobile family.
Ha!
Well, I wouldn't call it a family, Mike.
Family is the place for misdirected hopes and dreams.
I'm hoping this will be much better than that.
Well...
T-Mobile is all about value, so we're excited to continue Mint's famous $15 a month pricing.
And I'm really excited about even more good stuff to come.
And T-Mobile has assured me that our incredibly improvised, and borderline reckless messaging strategy
will also remain untouched.
I don't-- I don't remember the word "reckless", Ryan.

Well, either way, we're so happy that Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile will play a big part in T-Mobile's future, and that customers everywhere will benefit from the combination.
Yeah, and along with the entire Mint Mobile team and my Maximum Effort teams, I'm just absolutely thrilled with every aspect of this new venture.
I'm certain that I'm finally going to fill whatever hole I have inside my soul which possesses me to emphasize external success over quieting an inner child, futilely craving some sort of illusory acknowledgment from my now-deceased father.
